TORONTO — Police arrested a man Monday driving a stolen tractor-trailer who was pursued for several hours by at least 15 police cars on highways in southern Ontario before the truck pulled over to the side of the road. RICHMOND, Va. — Police cleared out a downtown plaza early Monday that had been home to Occupy Wall Street protesters, ordering out dozens of people who had encamped there since Oct. 17 and charging nine with trespassing or obstructing justice.
