The personal history and psychology of the person or group involved. There is more facts than just what you are looking at on a document or in a camera and compiling it with your own mental-filter; which is obviously pro-government, not matter what the case may be.

“every day people who are political opponents…” people choose to be defiant. people choose to oppose authority. It wasn’t thrusted opon them. thats why they are “singled out and dispatched”. If you choose to be defiant to police or any other type of authority figure, you should already know what type or reaction you’ll get.
